Hi folks, I´ve been kinda busy lately but I´ve managed to keep the work on some of the stuff sitting at the workbench....

First, a vignette with an Austrian Army M-60....old Italeri kit with Tamiya tracks... I know it has some issues (the badly represented wind sensor and the tracks, I guess).....but thanks to the help I got here I removed the wind sensor after I took the pics ). Figures (modified a little) from Dragon....maybe the representation it´s not that accurate but I had a lot of fun during this build

Second, a Chilean Army M-113A2. Mix of Tamiya and Academy leftovers plus a reconstructed Verlinden dozer conversion (I broke quite a few resin parts when in the works, so I had to re-build it )

Third, Chilean Army Dodge Beep (AFV Club) with some scratch.....

Fourth, M-3A1 Chilean Army Stuart, Academy kit, had a tough time with the rubber tracks, but as it will be placed in a vignette also,, I don´t mind much

Fith, Chilean Marines Humvee M-998, Tamiya kit with Mig Productions resin conversion and Pro Art Super Swamper wheels....don´t know how to deal with that notorious gap on the roof yet (still not glued by the way...)

And finaly, Chilean Army Sherman M-50 w/60mm gun. Old Dragon kit, with new engine deck, gun and exhaust (scratch), stowage from spare box and some Legend stuff base coat ready and waiting for detail work....

The weathering on most, if not all, was done using artist oils, very diluted airbrushed enamels, Mig Pigments, dry pastels and Tamiya Weathering Master, combined....

Thats all, hope you like it and constructive feedback and questions welcome as usual
Cheers

Hey Klaus,
Everything looks great, I especially like the Chilean M113A2 and the start of the M998 Hummer. Keep us posted on it.

Yeah, I see you have been busy building models...

Looking good Klaus, I especially liked your Austrian M-60. Good work.

Erick, Jan and Patrick, thanks for the comments

Jan, the turret wasn´t modified much, only added that plate on the right side and....the whole gun. I did 3 before getting something respectable

Here you have some pics of the build, after those I added the gun cover and the canvas at the lower end of the gun using tissue paper and some masking tape:

Very nice builds! I love the weathering, especially on the Stuart and the M113. The M50 and Humvee are looking really good--the main gun on the M50 came out great!

How did you make the large tarp on the M-60? Oh and I love that Sherman. Gonna look fantastic when it's done. You will have to post more pics when you have some paint on it.

Hi Matthew, thanks for your comments. All the tarps and canvas on all models were made using tissue paper soaked in white glue diluted in water.

Cheers
