I don't know how to order Dragon parts, but if you let us know what kit it is and the part you need, someone on here might have that part as a spare. #:-)

I've just checked and in every kit box there's a leaflet with the indication of the distributor. Just write them explaining the problem and if the kit is still in production you shoudn't have problems...
