Sorry for all the questions lately.
What do y'all use for a palette? I use plastic plates.
Also:
- What do you use to transfer paint from the bottle to the palette?
-What do you mix with? (Toothpicks for me).
-What do you mix with? The brush you use for painting or do you have a separate brush?
Thanks.

Palette: I use any flat surface (glass, plastic)
Transfer: toothpicks, brushes, eyedroppers
To mix (1): toothpicks for me too or the brush
To mix (2): brush only if the quantity of color it's enough, otherwise oter brushes (one per color)
Ciao

I use various things - cleaned out soda bottle tops, or juice bottle tops. I will also use the portion of a yogurt continer - Danon makes a kids type yogurt that has candie or granola you add to it. The lid is about about 3" X .75" deep - nice size.
I always use toothpicks to stir with.

I actually bought a couple of metal palette's from Michael's. I clean them after each painting session and reuse. They are great
I usually mix my paints with a brush.

Hola!
I use 4 different Pallettes. They are all from walmart and are like 50¢-99¢ ea. I use two round ones with 10 holes in each, the other two are oblong and only have 6 holes. For oils and enamels I use either a piece of cardboard wrapped in aluminum foil, or one of the above plastic pallettes wrapped in foil. The paints I use are in a "squeeze" bottle so I just squeez the color onto the pallette. For enamels I use a toothpick.
I mix all my colors with an old brush! If I need just one place to touch up a highlight or shadow I'll use the one Im painting with to mix up a little of it, but mixing colors are hard on the brushes so I try not to use my good ones for this too often.
