Nicely done.

Hi Sven!
Looks nice, as I expected
Don't touch the barrel, there are only a few of us who could spot this mistake (certainly not me), and if it glued properly, then you have no chance to correct it without damaging the paint.
I wonder why you do the washes before painting all the details?
I always do it as the last step because it also helps to blend the decals, (and it also softens the edges of different colors, so I don't get upset when my brush makes a small mistake during painting details like stowage, towing cables, etc) .

Sven-Åke,
Looks very good thus far. Hoping to see the finished pics. Like Mike, mentioned I too am curious as to how the kit went together? Glad to see more of the small scale stuff being put together.

Thanks for the info!!!
For some odd reason I cut off the little peg that steers it into
the right place so it got upside down... I'll fix it, no problem...

Thanks Peter!!!
Well I will try to fix the barrel, I don't think it will be that difficult.
As for the washes, well I work backwards sometimes and becuase
I'm so curious how things will look I usually forget the decals before
the washes and I have just started to work that way since most of the
time I succeed in getting them in place anyway... Luck I guess

Thanks!
Well as far as I can tell there are no major issues with this kit.
Everything just falls in to place and no filler is needed. There
are some parts that are a little bit oversized so for the scratch
builder there's a few things to fix but I opted to build it out of the
box with no modifications and it turned out quite ok.
