I’m nearly finished with an Italeri 1:35 DUKW I’ve been building, both for the pure enjoyment of constructing this model, and also as preparation for the construction of a RC 1:16 model of a DUKW I plan to build from scratch.

While I already have the completed model of a DUKW, a additional 1:35 scale kit of a DUKW which I have not begun, various pictures of DUKW’s (including the specific DUKW which is serving as my prototype), and the plans that came with the 1:35 kits to use for reference, I lack a single set of overall drawings of the DUKW.

I feel that an overall set of detailed drawings of the DUKW would very helpful in my attempt to construct the 1:16 scale model and was wondering if any of you knew where to find such plans or blueprints (It would be ideal if you knew where to find 1:16 scale plans, but I’ll settle for detailed scale plans of any reasonable dimensions since I can simply adjust the size in a copier).

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer me in the matter.

PS. I know that a RC model of the DUKW already exists, but I wished to build a 1/16 RC model so that I could operate with a local 1/16 model RC armor club in my area

PPS. While free is always the best price, I'm willing to pay a reasonable price for these drawings so, if you know of any, please feel free to include links to commercial providers of such drawings as well.

BTW; Yes, I actually plan to attempt to make this model amphibious.

BTW2;

Here's the link to the Italeri model I'm using as a guide;
