There is something very rewarding about the detail in the kits that you don't always get from a tank or armoured car. They really stand out.
Exactly how I feel!! Have done a couple of vehicles (251s) in the past but I never got that WOW factor after completing them.

You seem to like guns. How does that Bronco you are building compare the the Dragon kits? What other Flak or PAK do you recommend?
Yep, artillery is all I've been doing for a while now (although I've been gravitating back to my aircraft roots as of late). Regarding Bronco vs. Dragon, well, my opinion, Bronco beats down DML in the 'detail' department...same as AFV Club detail-wise. However, DML is still better, for the most part, when it comes to 'ease of build'. I find Bronco artillery somewhat over-engineered at times. Although this is good for details, they can cause problems during assembly as parts breakdown will leave you with seams to fill in odd places and the such.
Regarding other kits, well it depends on what you'd like to do. I'm into WWII artillery from ALL sides, not just German. AFV Club has, in my opinion, some of the best German artillery kits out there. Their new sIG33 Howitzer is wonderfully detailed and dead on in terms of accuracy. They also offer a very detailed Pak 40 (early), many variations of the LeFH18 (LeFH18/M/40), and a superb Pak 43/41. Dragon offers a few as well that are nice but not as detailed as those from AFV. Some that come to mind include their really nice sFH18 (now also offering an K18), a late war 88mm Pak 43/3 L/71, an 88mm Flak 37 mit Behelfslafette, and some older ones like their Pak 97/38, Pak 35/36, etc. Some are more tedious to build than others but all will give you that WOW factor after completion.
