Amigos,

for a future project I'm looking for reference material on Small Scale (H0, 1/72nd, 1/76th or 1/87th Scale).

To be more precise, I'm looking for good reference sites that show me completed Small Scale dioramas, how-to's on Small Scale modeling and info manufacturers that produce high quality small scale figures in plastic or resin.

Looking forward to your replies !

Danny, nice to see you're still around.
Resin figures in braille scale are hard to come by.
The SBS's for dioramas are basically the same just smaller, but the techniques are pretty universal.

I ran across these on ebay. Not sure if you want to venture into the ebay world , but you may be able to ask the seller who makes the pieces and then google from there.

Scott, my friend,

I actually never left. I have been silent for quite some time, but I'm back in the modeling business.

Right now I'm doing a 1/16 RC M26 Pershing (Full Option) and I'm looking into the Small Scale business....... but I wonder whether or not it will be something for me..... I miss the detail I love so much in 1/35th

On the benelux site Martin Noorloos gave me some usefull links and they actually do make some wonderful Small Scale figs and add-ons. They even have a range of British WWII paras and the airborne jeeps and guns to match..... yup, that still is my cup of tea

I'll add the links later on today.... might please another user or two.

Cheers mate !!

Good to know you've been in the wings.
Wow, going from 1/16 to 1/72-76 - Now that is a huge scale swing. You have to find the detail in other ways. Instead of a super detailing an AFV you do the bigger building instead.

It's fun and challenging

Great site links - thanks for sharing, now I have something to do while I should be working.
