I'm all twitchy - I don't even dare open the box
Here it is, in all its glory, resting gently on my sofa

You have a sofa?
I thought the only thing you sat on was a chair by the computer!
By the way---- I do not have a sofa.

Jim,
Are tracks in the kit really T51 type as Tasca claim in their promotional info? To my eye they looked much more like T41 on the photos on Tasca website... For T51 they had too thin rubber blocks on the "road" side - looked more like reversible T41 links. But maybe it only looked like that on pics...

Don't tell me the Spanish importers also have Canada within their 'benevolent' influence?
You all know of the Tamiya Char which has a RRP of around $90 here?
Look at Lucky Model: $47.99 (U.S.) plus postage:

If you live outside the EU... start an account at Jadarhobby and sign in as a resident outside the EU then you can get it for $39 U.S. plus postage, as an introductory preorder price. If you order it inside the EU it will be $47.
The only problem with Jadarhobby is that they are somewhat slow in shipping things out, but once they do it takes about a week or 10 days.
