How often is the web site updated to be able to order products such as this?
And is there a distributor in America for your products?
cheers
One of the serious problems in planning against Canadian doctrine is that the Canadians do not read their manuals, nor do they feel any obligations to follow their doctrine.

I don't think you mentioned whcih set this is fit for, AFV or Trumpeter?

Don't worry. There are only aboot 30 million Canadians out there.
Hey Miloslav, it looks wonderful (of course). I noticed you haven't used the resin wheel set. At least not yet any way. Will the slat armor be different for this version or is it the same for all Strykers?
This is only a guess Jeff but I think this conversion is for the AFV Club kit. The base kit is the same color as mine and that's what I have.
It seemed she viewed guys on the same level as potatoes.

Hi, conversion set are a for AFV, I use my resin wheels, but for working is better rubber wheels.
For this version I use Eduard PE because this is the same as for M 1126.
I here add next photo with additional armor plate.

Perhaps you could include a small Eduard set specifically for this conversion - like a smaller Zoom set? That way the consumer wouldn't have to search out and buy the individual Eduard sets needed. If we have to fork out the $$ anyway, I'd rather have it all in one set. Just a thought.

Miroslav;
You've sparked the interest of every modern Canadian military modeller in the world with your LAV III project. announcement!!! I'll definitely order at least 2 when they come out. I just got your Leopard engine bay and power pack set in the post a few days ago and it's a beautiful piece of work. Thanks very much for that and as well the new LAV III when it comes out, I'm sure it will be great. Can you tell us who is producing the master for you?

Trackjam here in Canada has a LAV-III conversion in the works, so there might be some competition on who will make the best LAV-III.
I don't know, Milo is a great modeler and is on here all the time so I think Trackjam should be the one sweating the competition
How much different is the Aussie LAV versus the Canadian one?? I still have that other half of Echelon decals for a kit nobody makes

In my last conversation with Track-Jam, they said that their LAV 3 conversion would not be ready until fall of '08. Don't forget that this is a hobby for them as well and not full time employment, hence the time required for a product.
cheers

I think the ASLAV is very different from the LAV-III, the New Zealand LAV is similar to the LAV-III if not identical. I have a feeling that the LAV-III used by New Zealand has a hull like the Stryker but has the Turret from the LAV-III mounted on top of it, I'm not sure and I don't feel like fact checking that. It's got truthiness though and that's good enough right now.

Miroslav,
Very nice model/conversion so far. Are there any pictures available of the commander's station:, specifically the LRAS3 and the M2/Mk 19??? Also is you conversion going to have the Platt Mount and M240 that are mounted on the rear between the airguard hatches??? I was gathering the information to scratchbuild this version but it looks now like I will be purchasing the conversion kit...

Miloslav, this is one terrific build so far, keep it going!
Do you also plan to make an interior for the standard M1126 Stryker ICV?
And could you think of doing an interior for Tamiya's M2A2 Bradley kit?
Thanks,
johannes
