Tamiya did a set of figures for their M3A2 Half-track then released them separately as "US Rest Group" (or similar) They are a mix of seated and Standing figures in fairly relaxed poses. TypicalTamiya quality though.

The Tamiya figs are old and a little chunky but that particular set isn't half bad IMHO. Replacing the heads will go along way in improving them.

Depending on how relaxed you want them to be, the Dragon set 'Advance to the Rhine' (set no. 6271) has some relaxed figures in it.

Do a search at great models or squadron, there are plenty of resin kits in relaxed posed. Azimut has a set called "GIs at Rest", Custom Dioramics made some GIs at Mail Call, Warriors, IIRC has a set of GIs playing baseball.
