Just finished this today. It's the Italeri/Zvezda T34/76 1943 model. I've built a ton of the Tamiya versions but wanted to try this one out, as I'd heard it was more dimensionally accurate. I built this mostly OOTB, as I wanted to do it as a test run for another I already have on the shelf, to find the pitfalls, etc. I added 4 Tamiya rubber-rimmed roadwheels to supplement the all steel ones that came in the kit. Never seen a 1943 type w/all steel roadwheels. Cut out the engine deck screens and added the louvers below from sheet styrene, then re-did the mesh with wedding veil (in progress pic is included). The tracks are terrible and were replaced with the slightly better Tamiya ones (have some MK ones waiting for the next project). Figure is Tamiya of course. Fun little build. I painted it with Tamiya JA Green, then lightened JA green. It got a wash with oils, then various acrylic washes of browns and tans to get the dirty look with rain streaks. A touch of rust, worn metal with graphite, etc., etc. The decals were from a Tamiya kit. Looking forward to DML or someone else doing "new" one of these. Comments welcome.
