I know there are 4 colors (dark green, light green, brown, and black) but what colors (ideally Tamiya) can be used to match up these colors. I've decided to finish my unfinished projects up before starting anything new ad your help will be appreciated.

You are asking about the Strv 103 C right? The B version was only green.

These colors have posed a problem for modellers for years!! Still do actually! The problem is Humbrol basically is the only manufacturer who makes comparable matches. In Humbrol numbers the colors are as follows:

Black 33
Light green 80
Dark green 102
Brown 118

Tamiyas come close and are usable:

Black XF1
Light green X-28 (you'll have to dullcote)
Brown XF-52 (is a tad off)
Dark green ???

There has been a lot of discussion on IPMS Stockholm's website about colors and the consensus is that no two tanks are alike. Use, wear and tear, sun-bleaching, paint thickness etc all attribute to different shades. If it looks good, it is good. I would add some XF1 to XF-52 (to taste) with a pinch of yellow.

Sorry I couldn't be exact!!
