Hey everybody, first off let me say that I'm new here and am happy to have finally signed up, this is a great and useful place to be. Now to my problem, which is a disease called superdetailing (ya know what I mean), I've modified and detailed the engine on the 977, and as a result can't and won't mount the exhaust muffler as in the instructions. All the ref pics and tm drawings don't have the info I need, at least not clear enough. What I can make out, is that it is mounted by some kind of brackets attached to the engine block, I think. Sabot, this is where I'm hoping you could help with a couple shots , or anybody else with any info or drawings. I'd be grateful for any help at all, thanks

Where do you need a shot? Right side, left side?

any pics that show what the brackets look like, and the attachment points to the block would be fine. I know how the brackets attach to the muffler, I'm just not sure what they look like, and where they go. Thanks for the reply

Shoot me your e-mail address via "PM" (see the button with two heads under this post). I took 5 shots, don't know if they are exactly what you need, but are better than nothing. It does seem like you'd want the page from the -24P (parts manual) to see exactly what the parts look like.
