Going to be up in the "Great White North" on business for a few days... anyone recommend any good Armor-Figures-Dio Accessory shops I could/should visit while there this week?

Hey KF
You could check out Tiger hobbies and the Argus shop (near airport) in Winnipeg. They are both pretty small, but all models. I have been to both of them and the guys are very friendly. Tiger hobbies is probably better for armor. Now you can see how mcuh us canucks have to pay for kits.

There used to be a place called "The Old Solider" in Edmonton a few years ago. Quite a few models, lots of books and reference materials. It had a slightly commonwealth air to the topics, which isn't for everyone. The owner was an excellent figure painter and ran clinics once a month. I haven't been to edmonton in 3 years though so it may or may not be there. Sorry I can't give you directions, I was a tourist when I visited.
Edmonton also has some huge mall, I forget the name (west edmonton mall?) that is the largest mall in the world. It had literally 700 stores or something to that effect. Their might be a hobby shop in their. I didn't visit as I'm not really a 'mall guy'.
TRAVEL ADVISORY:
If you get into any trouble with the locals out in Edmonton, start talking about Trooper. Everyone talked about Trooper all the G.D time there. On two different occasions 4 KM apart I heard some guy humming "Raise a Little Hell" in the bathroom stall next to me.
