I really need the last slat on the back, but I was wrong with my calculations, and I'm now waiting for new Evergreen strips. In addition to the slats, you can see new side rubber protections, made with thin lead foil and I added just 3 for side. Their hinges were taken from the original Tamiya piece, but I omitted some of them and so I added the 3 holes for the relatives screws. The wheels have 6 nuts and are from Miniarm, but some of them with 8 nuts come from the Tamiya kit. I saw this feature on some pics of T72s from the Chechnya war.
The rear plastic trunk is a "really" one from wood rod. Then you can see Friul tracks and other details left and right.
Please what do you think about?
Thanks in advance and excuse me for my poor english.
Best regards.
That's all folks.

Hey Guido
Great update. I saw your first pics of the turret a while ago. This is some nice progress. Will you be adding a groundwork aswell? Perhaps Chechnya style??

Hi Guido,
this one is definitely a winner. Your work on the slat armor is awesome. Now that you're trained, you just can make a Stryker slat armor
I'm eager to see it painted. Keep on the good job.

Thank you boys. Yes Roel, my goal is to put it in a city street, but now I don't know how. Olivier, I'm not so brave (or crazy?). Maybe after your Stryker

Excellent! All those resin parts seem to be molded into the plastic hull, no imperfections on surface at all. This build must be featured on front page once done. just one question how did you make chipped texture on the ditching log?

Thanks again to all of you men, your words are really much appreciated.
George I'm proud to read your comment: I saw your stunning T72 and I'm happy you like mine.
For the log first of all I wet it with tap water, just soaked. Then use a little rasp with sharpened teeth and move it for the lenght. To finish a piece of sandpaper (N.400) to tear off the biggest surplus. It's just a 5 minutes work and it's ok.

it looks great, I have just ordered the T-90 conversion, your idea of lead foil for the skirts is excellent, I may give that a try.

And now please help me. I have to fix the rear hull SLAT. What type of pattern in your opinion.
Perpendicular to the ground like this:

http://btvt.narod.ru/5/rogatka/re6.jpg
or oblique like this ( please scroll down and........it's a T62 of course, but just for example):

Thanks in advance. Cheers.
