That is really awe inspiring! Well done MarkIV. You must have a lot of free space too! What are the dimensions on your dio?

Most excellent dio Steve. Love what you´ve done here, but would also love to see more pics, from other angles. Get some together ... Im sure the site would only be too glad to show this as an "on display" article. How many times did you pause this scene to get all the details??

Took about a year. I spent a month looking at the DVD on pause and doing the drawings.

Great diorama. For the space there is a lot of detail. You have to take yourself into a new perspective with the size. Most dioramas are small and compact and jam sooo much stuff in. Here you have a great big diorama with good detail it's just everywhere and you have to take your time to look at it all.

Add some good lighting take a ton of pictures and you have a Model On Display feature.

Steve,

Awsome dio! I saw this at AMPS East this year in CT. You definately got my vote for Popular Favorite (or whatever they called it). FANTASTIC dio!

To everyone else, this dio was incredible. Could have spend hours picking out all the little details, unfortunately. there was quite a crowd around it every time I went by My pics came out crappy of it too, could have used some better light there!

Again, congrats on an amazing dio Steve.

Hey, Steve, good to see you on-line. We've talked a few times. I'm the ham fisted judge who knocked down one of your GI's in the French liberation vignette at AMPS East.
