Hi Andy. Great first dio. Wish my first looked this good. As already mentioned, a lot of really good techniques used well here. Hopefully weŽll be seeing more of this??
As youŽve now ... by your unknown/undeveloped modellerŽs-telepath abilities .... agreed to sign the rest of your life making dioramas , why bother with an expensive display case. Look into a cheap display cabinet with glass doors! They can be be purcahsed from the likes of IKEA. Keep you eye out for small shops closing down ... some really great ones can be found here very cheaply/free.

Does anyone know where i can get a custom made acrylic / glass display cover to keep the dust off .

This is a good diorama, and as it is your first its more impressive.
What I would have done is to cut the scene down quite a bit thus achieving a more compact scene without these empty spaces.
Cheers

Very nice diorama, Andy! I espcially like the water ripples.
I wish my first dio would have been that good.

Hi Andy, Very nice job, especially for a 1st try. I would like to suggest that you add 1 more figure between the tank and the water's edge. The foreground is a little empty. Some one suggested a knocked-out tank, I think that would be too much. Again this is just a suggestion, and is of course a matter of preference. I look forward to seeing more of your work here in the future.

Hey, what a nice diorama! How did you do the grass? Hardly believable that this is your first diorama. Looks like you have lots of experience already.

Great diorama Andy.
I like the composition.
Rusty fence looks very natural.
I think that you can add more vegetation to your diorama ( tall grass, small bushes ) to differentiate it, and fill empty spaces.

Hi, congrats on that great diorama. The cemetary was a cool idea. Maybe others already said it, but the fence could've been set more forward to even out the space better. Freakin' sweet!
