I would like to know how do someone make smoke that comes from a cigaret in 120mm? I just finished a Stug commander figure holding a cigaret.

I don't think it's necesary to 'do smoke' for a cigarette. The fact that the person is actually smoking is enough to imply that there would be smoke....
Just my opinion...

Try putting a very small drop of glue on the tip of the cigarette ,touch a cotton ball to the glue, after it dries pull the ball off,it leaves a small string of cotton that resembles smoke. You can spray hair spray or brush liquid glue on it to stiffen it up.Test it on a spruce .I tried it on a 1/35th it looks ok.Your right, Rudi, it isnt neccasary, but if you can do a little extra, your model will stand out from the standard ones.Good luck, let me know how it works out.

Generally, the smoke coming off a cigarette cannot be seen unless you are right there. NOr can the embers, unless the person is taking a drag. A bit of gray ash will give the impression as well as anything else.
