This is a very tedious process but I'm pleased with the results.
Now all I have to do is cover the entire church/monastery outer walls !!!!!!!!!!!!!
The fancy shapes were made from a set of rubber moulds I found at Michaels craft store. I made forms coated the things with a fine film of Vasoline [ sp. ? ] as a release agent, filled with wallboard compound and - instant carved stonework.

Glenn, I am not really sure about the historical value of Supermarket's ornaments as applied on a church but hey, you really found an effective way of paving the walls of your building!
What do you plan to use as a binder between the different elements? some mastic? maybe some acrylic gel could do the trick?
anyway, hope the retirement is singing a happy song to your ears

Jean, Nico, thanks.
Jean, I've only offically been retired one day and it's a beautiful thing !!!!!
So yesterday I finished the stair forms and added a doorway into the Monastery's 1st floor and cellars.
Jean, yes maybe an artists medium gel to use as mortar, as there is mostly none and in the places that have small gaps and broken areas.
Nico, the bricks are also from some forms I found at work, they make about 40 blocks [ from plaster ] and I have 3 different sizes and about 6 forms.
Speaking of stone/brick blockwork, I was over on Benelux and was very impressed with Johan's [ Feldgrau ], " Operatie Anton 10.11.1942 ". That's some very sweet modeling !!!!
Overall you've got some busy lads modeling there, I always see stuff I like being made by the Benelux Boys !!!
Thanks again guys - Cheyenne

The wrap stairs increase the interest a whole lot. Really nice addition.

One thing I love seeing in your work is how you take things others wouldn't think to use and apply them in really creative ways - the plaster mold for the corner detail and circle details. Accurate? don't care, interesting and add visual appeal - oh yea.
