What colors/brands do you recommend for painting vehicles in the current war(3rd I.D.)

Model Master has a color, Gulf War Armor Sand (or something like that) that is pretty good. A lot of the armor is coming through in the traditional NATO three color camo. Tamiya makes these paints.

I have moved to painting by acrylic as my preferred method. Vallejo is my choice of brand.
As for the correct colours for this war..........sand for the coalition......black and rust for Iraqi armour #:-)

Hi Desert Fox i am thinking of getting some of the Vallejo paints. Do you know if their "model colour" ones are ok to airbrush and what would you thin them with. I know they have a "model air" range for airbrushing but the colours i want are in the other range. Any tips would be appreciated.
