for figures limbs does it matter wat type of glue you use or is there one that is better than the other

it depends on the material figures are manufactured.
liquid cement for plastic
superglue for the rest - plastic too, if you prefer

superglue and Epoxy wor for just about everything.......
the liquid cement works on plastic....... Brands.... not a real big issue.

don't use Superglue on clear parts........ it'll fog and/or craze it
