first of all what is the "rocket Launcher" you are talking about, pictures would be good.
now i dont have this kit so i dont really have a clue about these rubber torsoes but the only glue that will bond rubber and plastic is super glue

The rocket launcher is an M72A1 LAW. It has been replaced by the AT-4, so it is out of date. There may be a few out there still in use, but I haven't seen any.
The rubber torsos are meant to replace the plastic ones w/out IBAs on. I haven't used them yet, but I am assuming that super glue will hold them, maybe not. I will probably replace them with resin copies of their earlier sets torsos.

Thank you Gino.
Why couldn't they just mold up plastic torsos'?
