i think i have the designations right
i am looking for information on the idf recovery trucks used during the period1970-1985 and if a model of this type is in plastic production ( cab and chassie only required ) so any kit will do .i think probably sabot will be the man for this question or guntruck

I have an M816ww at work, I don't know the differences between it or the IDF version though.

thanks sabot for that. is there a chance of you photographing the cab and both sides and the front of the m816 wrecker you have as i do not know the type of truck it is

r19f doing IDF trucks is a bit hard. first off theyre all caklled REOS. at least those of the US style I had thought that the M900 series not in service yet I was given apic of the 900 tractor(M923) the air cleaners are on the left fender versus the right and the beds are usualy modified in some way . I posted a series of pics awhile ago and got back many different guesses as to the base units. I plan on making a M54 version of the 936 crane and double water tanks carrier. if you find any better info please email me @ [email protected]
