A fairly good book I used for PZ IV interior photos (and affordable-about 20 US dollars) is Tanks in Detail, Panzer IV Ausf A to J by Jonathan Forty. It has some good turret interoir, engine, trans and radio/drivers compartments shots. Ian Allan Publishing prints the book. Hope this helps.

I have some stuff on the Panzer 4 from the old AFV Interiors. If you PM me a good E-mail address I'll send you what I have. Some of the pics I have are specific to the panzer 4 E but not all of them.
