A small question, perhaps stupid but I am not sure on which period two of Tamiya characters sets are.
The two is US command figure set (35079) and it other is British stretcher party (35106)
Englishmen believe I am modern, but US seems to be WWII or Korea
Grateful for replies

The British set is modern, like 70's era? but the US set is vietnam era, it also came with the command version of the M113 kit.

Both depict troops from the 1970's. The US troops are wearing fatigues rather than Vietnam utilities, so that would tend to put them in Europe or the continental US.
