Hi guys. It's been a long time since I posted here & I haven't been very active with the hobby for a while now. But something caught my interest a short time ago & kinda got me thinking to do some armor build again.
Anyways, I want to know if there is any existing kit out there of an M992 ammo feeder for the M109. TIA.

Nimix had released a resin 1/35 M992, but it's OOP now. According to what I've heard about this kit, that's not much of a loss...

I have that kit.

Actually it's not that bad, and has a full resin interior (for the rear, not the drivers compartment). I'd just change the resin roadwheels and tracks which are re-cast of Italeri parts.

Cheers,

Christophe

Hi Alex,

Just take a look on this site:
community.webshots.com/user/wallace1212
( seperate album-called drawings )

This guy has some drawings from the M-992 FAASV that I've used to make mine.
I've used an old M-109 hull and lots of Evergreen sheets to create my version.
Just take a look in my photos !

Good luck !!!!

Hi Alex,

I think that in next year (2008) I prepare this for my produce.

Oh, I see. Kind of disappointing not to find an existing kit for this subject. Anyways, thanks for the input guys & thanks for the link Bankmann. I guess I might just start from scratch then.
