Building the old Bandai / Fuman kit....Why? Because it was in the stash and I really didn't feel like getting into a major project. However, I am fairly ignorant of Brishish color schemes. Figure to do a North Afrika version as that is what is shown on boxtop. So using model masters enamel what would you suggest I paint interior and exterior of the kit for reasonable accuracy

I am surprised that after a day and 25 views no one knows , has an opinion or even responds to this. Come-on all you Brit Armor fans. Surely someone knows interior and exterior colors on a WW2 British tank

OK, here goes, the proper colours are Light Stone overall with a disruptive pattern of black or extra dark brown, SCC1a, being applied for some regiments. If you let us know the regiments & times we can probably come up with the exact scheme.
There are no direct Model Master equivalents to these colours (except the black, of course).
Light stone is a yellowish desert tan. Extra dark Brown is like the colour of dark chocolate. I like clolours matching van dyke brown for this.
Interiors will be silver paint.

Thanks guys. I have several variants of the Afrika Korp yellow in MM I can use. I figure I can match one of them up with a little playing around to get a light stone color. Chocolate brown is a no problem (or black for that matter). I read the other thread about interior colors so I am set to finish this old classic up
