Well... I didn't get to bed at 11pm as planned. But after some trouble I finally got the database copied and migrated here to the new server (but not the new dedicated server!).
I am guessing that all users will have to re-login and since many of you probably don't remember your passwords it may be a huge cluster-floogle as the "forgot password" system was not working last I checked (a week ago). It's dishing out random passwords but they don't work.
So...if you need a new password hold tight. Email me if you must. But if I get a hundred emails I am not going to have the time to manually reset all of them so fixing the forgot password system will be a better use of my time.
Welcome to the new server.
Cheers,
Jim

It seems Armorama is much faster now. The pages load in no time...
Thanks, Jimbo.

I was thinking the same thing, plus I don't have the problem of some elements loading and others not...now I have it all.

Jim, thank you.
I don't know what else to say. The management and maintenance of this site is by far the best I have seen (anywhere).

Ronny,
The same is true for me this morning. I was afraid of this. I was promised by the folks at Interland that this server would be identical to the one we were on. I am starting to doubt this is the case. Especially after the amount of time it took to perform the 56mb database file upload last night (which I had to do several times).
I will have to complain I guess and see if that gets us anywhere. If not we will be moving to a dedicated server post-haste.
