Finally got ahold of a camera to share my work with the rest of armorama BUT........how in the heck do you get them on this site!?! I tried going to the MSM group site and tried to create a new photo album but at the end of the process it said what I was attempting to do was exceeding resource limits . Any help from you guys would be most appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,
I think that on the MSN group the max capacity you get is 3 mb. If you shoot pics at high res with a 3.5 megapixel camera you can easily exceed that capacity with only one pic. What I do is to decrease the size of the pic from a photoediting sw (in my case is Photoshop) to a max of 600 pixels horizontally, and decrease the resolution to the screen one that's 72 dpi. Finally I save it using an optimized palette and I get satisfactory results. I suggest you keep your originals at the max resolution, then save a copy for web use.

You will see the practical result from what I said above. All the pics there range from 30 to 60kb each...
Ciao

scoccia's hit it on the head. You do have to be careful of image size.

understand about the picture size and all, but the real problem is just creating a new album before I even put pictures into it. My storage space reads zero, just not able to crewate the album. has anyone else had this problem in the past?

I've never seen this problem - First question is - have you set up an account on MSN?
