Thanks Frenchy. I got your PM as well, and honestly, my pics won't add much to what is already available (well, maybe a few more closeups) and I don't want to waste time duplicating efforts. Not to mention how long it takes to upload the photos here. It was neat to see some armor finally, not that my guys will see it. Apparently they (along with a BUNCH of M1A2's) just sit on the FOB we finally got to visit, as do most of the soldiers there. One kid has been there 13 months and never left the wire. He said he's never seen the vehicles move since their arrival. I was surprised to see a few uparmored M113A3's as well, without the slat armor.
