Here is my Big Gun WIP
The kit is a pleasure to build so far. This is the Gearbox/Transmission Cover. The Instrument panel is well detailed, and easliy hand painted.
The radios on the opposite side are also easy to paint and assemble. I added some Archer data Placards to the radios to add a little interest to the compartment.
The transmission/gearbox also went together easily.
The engine is a little work of art. It went together quick and easy. We will probably see this engine in future kits.
And you need a really good cooling system to keep that engine running.
This is the front compartment. THe radio operators seat is on the left bottom. I used another Data Placard on the fire extinguisher. The hole through which the drive shaft passes does not line up with the engine and transmission. But it really does not show.
One really Stretched out hull
The finished front compartment.
The Big Gun
Can you imagine anything that could be more fun than riding through a combat zone on one of those bicycle seats, with nothing to hold on to.

Riding one of those seats look like it would be an early birth control method.
Lots of nice detail. Looking forward to more.

That is one interesting piece of hardware. Those seats sure do look like a very bad place to ride.

I wonder when there will be a figure set to compliment this beast.
Progress continues. It is almost ready for camo. and yes, it is one helluva kit. Surprisingly though, it is not as complicated as it first looks.

Hi carl. Nice start to this beastie. Will be an interesting build to follow.
I noticed you´ve used small decals for detailing .... are these Archer, Verlinden or who? They really look cool on the radio and fire extinguisher.

They are Archer Information Placards. I use them a lot.

Cyril)- I did not have a problem with my springs. After attaching them, I did decide to remove them, to facilitate a better fit into the vehicle. You should post some pics.
I am just about finished painting. Just a little touch up left to do. Then the final construction. I really don't plan to weather much. Pictures to follow.
