Hi all, Like most of you, I've been building armor models for quite some time and have amassed my own little armored division. One day, I noticed that I had inadvertently put some of them in the order that they were developed. That sparked an idea for a "little" diorama showing the tanks as if they were on a parade ground.
First, an overall shot of what I've got so far.
Next up, this shot shows and M3 Lee and an M4A3E8
Next, the M26, M46 and M47
and finally, the M48,M60 and M1A2
In the first pic, you'll notice an empty space. That's for the M2A1 from Commanders Series that I'm currently working on.
Most of them still need to have stowage added, a figure or two and some weathering.
All comments, critiques and ideas are warmly accepted.
Steve

Gday Steve
Nice line up here. I only deal with WWII, so have never really seen the post war developments and their similarities and differences...
The M4A3e8 looks great all crewed up.
Cheers

Red X here, too. You have web page html code. You need to have code that looks like this [ i m g ]http://put.url.here/image.file[ / i m g ] without the spaces. You can get the address by right clickin on the picture and choosing "properties" then copying the entire url address from the middle of the next page. Then click the img button below the reply box and above the smilies. That will give you the code from above. Replace "http://put.url.here/image.file" withthe address you've copied.

Looks like you have to be a member and log in to the sight you are posting pictures from in order to be able to see them?

Good idea, Tom. I seem to be pretty good at it. But it seems that I've solved the problem by posting the pics on Kitmaker.

Nice collection - some great builds there.
This is a neat way of observing US tank development through the years.
Great work,
James

As I hail from English stock I reserve my right to observe the irony of this comment. I was in fact the first to see your collection, sans X's of any colour...

Steve -
Neat idea, looking good. Had to view your pictures on the Kitmaker site, as the dreaded red "x" appeared in this forum, but saw them nonetheless. Some side shots would be cool, as to get a different profile perspective of the size from the early tanks to the present one. What a difference though, simply amazing.
Thanks for sharing! Cheers!
