Here´s a diorama I finished not long ago of a Jeep & a 2.5 ton GMC . Just by choice of heads with expressions from Hornet it can make any diorama say much more. I think it may look a bit cramped but I was trying to fit it all on the base of the Trumpeter display case. Please excuse the crap photography.

Hi Mike,
Great Idea for a Dio. I like your vehicles, they have a nice weathered look to them & are well loaded down with equipment. I find your ground work to be way to clean and does not stand up to the quality of your vehicles. Everything near that road should be filthy, trucks were moving up and down these roads, night a day for weeks.
Also most of the drivers on the Redball were African Americans.
Other than adding some dirt and grime, I really like the lay out of the whole picture and this could represent the many times there was a breakdown somewhere up the line, and the guys had a few minutes to relax. The different levels really add interest.

Hi Mike,

Nice setting, my only thought would be to make several of the drivers Negros as Black Americans provided a large part of the men involved and are always under represented in dios, and this is one that deserves giving them a front seat.

Very well done, the flash gives a dit of a distorted feel to the colour but this looks grand to me.

Al
