I just started a PSW 222, got the Jordi Rubio barrel (first time seeing one....really cool.) and the Eduard PE set. The question is, the kit has molded on diamond recess decking directly behind the turret. The PE set has a "brick" pattern decking. Which one is correct for what? and how do I attatch the PE one, directly over the diamond style, or fill the kit detail in, and then apply?

WOW! thanks! I think the one pic answered my question...looks like I have to cut the whole kit piece out, because the "decking" is actually a grate!...hmmm....I might have to go with a whole interior then.....crap....and I thought this was going to be a relaxing build...

In that case, you may find this link from M-L useful. Just bare in mind this guy was also back-dating his model.
