Pretty much any web hobby shop should have what your looking for unless you are looking for something more specific.
here are some sites I use, but not by all means the only good ones.
www.Squadron.com
www.Greatmodels.com
www.Internethobbies.com
If you are looking kit manufactures that make Soviet armor , ICM, Skiff, and Eastern Express are few that make soviet vehicles like trucks and APCs that the bigger manufactures don'y make.
Hope this helps.

Most of the internet vendors on this webpage have the dragon T-34/85.

Get the Dragon kit first --nothing else even remotely approaches that level of quality-- and mate it to a 1946 turret. Maquette makes one, it's available from Hobbyterra.com
http://hobbyterra.com/product.asp?idProduct=622
There are also resin alternatives, but they're a lot more expensive ($40 vs. $10...) and not necessarily better or more accurate. The Maquette turret is pretty good, spruce it up with improved weld lines and wire handles and you'll be fine.
