Some more progress on the Bedford QLB Gun Tractor I'm working on. This will end up pulling the Italeri Bofors in the early days of the North Africa campaign. I've got some reference to MkI guns on MkI frames in the early war period.
I'm working on modifying wheels for the Bofors along with some other details to get a British Gun out of the kit.
The gun tractor consists so far of the Accurate Armour cab, Peerless frame, Resicast wheels, and scratchbuilt winch, frame supports, rear body and crew cab.
I have few pictures of the underbody so I've had to use some reference photos and gizmology to bear it out. Thankfully the underframe isn't easily seen so the rivet counters should be kept somewhat at bay! grin..
