how do i replicate a mid east buildings in baghdad or falujah? can i use plaster of paris or wood? thanx if u respond!!!

most are cinderblock, concrete, or mud brick. they have wood framed doors. lots of corrigated roofing. sheets and plastic cover doorways if there is no door.
