I am building RPM's WW1 FT-17 in U.S. Army service.
I'm having difficulty locating what the proper paint scheme would be for this tank in U.S. Army service.
Olive drab over all, or something else?
The kit instructions are in black and white and note a three color scheme, but not the colors!
The Internet provides black and white FT-17 photos, and a couple of French/Polish FT's sitting in museums that are painted multi color, but nothing explicitly for the U.S.
A trip to Borders Book Store looking for WW1 armor color schemes also came up short.
Any help from the "WW1 experts" will be sincerely appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not a WW1 expert, but since nobody else has responded, I'll throw the google results here:
This page (http://www.landships.freeservers.com/WW1camo.htm) indicates that:
"When the US Army used French vehicles, like the FT-17, they seemed to have used the original scheme – which seems to be French scheme B3 – that the tanks came in, not bothering to repaint them."
Hope it helps,
Mika

I think I have a pic at home of one at the Patton Museum. I'll look after work.
