If you´re going to include a German vehicle in the D-Day time dio you can use the following that were the most seen:

Tiger I
King Tiger
Panzer IV - F2 - G - H
Panther A - G
Panzer II Ausf F (Luchs)
Jagdpanther
Jagdpanzer IV
Stug III
Pz.Jaeger 38t
Sd.Kfz 250 - 251 - 243 - 222
Kubelwagen

About the Tigers and King tigers
They were used by special Units
12 PZD SS Hitlerjugend
Panzer Lehr
2 PZD SS Das Reich
Any tanks ( but most of the time a Panzer IV ) were most of the time mistaken by the US Troops for ( King )Tigers.
You can name yopur dio Tiger at one o clock ( for exemple ) and use a Panzer IV F
