SdKfz 234/1 Italeri 294: taken from AMPS website. Sdkfz. 234/1 (2 cm KwK) (Italeri) -- Good. Comments are per the 234/2 for the hull. The new machine gun turret looks to suffer from heavy molding of the anti-grenade screening.
AMPS review comments for the 234/2: Sdkfz. 234/2 Puma (Italeri) -- Good. Watch out for the many seam and ejector pin marks on the suspension
SdKfz 251/9 Tamiya 35147: taken from AMPS website. German Sdkfz 251/9 Kanonenwagen (three figures) -- Very Good. Only problems with this kit were some evidence of its heritage from the early Sdkfz. 251/1 Ausf. C Model (this is an Ausf. D model chassis). The Ausf. Model C kit is by some regarded as horrible...
This is the track-link review of the Sd.Kfz 251/1 Ausf. D, although I do not know how similar these kits are... track-link Sd.Kfz. 251/1 D review
SdKfz 164 Nashorn DML 6001: Taken from AMPS-website. "Sdkfz. 164 Nashorn -- Poor. Somehow, DML managed to flub this eagerly awaited kit. Parts do not fit in the right places, just do not fit at all, or are out of alignment. A reworked kit is available, and in that case is upgraded to ""Fair""."

While awaiting the delivery of my photo-etch parts (and the etchmate) for my Tiger, I am building the DML Hornisse (10th anniversary release, nr 6165), straight out of the box...Out of curiosity I have already put the gunbarrel together, and damn it is HUGE... I do want to build the newly released Nashorn by DML (kit 6166) also though in the near future (this time including AM kits)...So far, the Hornisse looks good (though there are a few gaps to fill).

I'm afraid your out of luck with the SdKfz 234/1, Marcelo, it was way to late for Barbarossa. The eight wheeler in service then (June-Dec 1941) was the Sdkfz 231/ 232/ 262.
In fact both the others you wanted info about were also to late for that campaign.

Yes, You're right.
By coincidence I talked with a friend of mine tomorrow morning and he advised me about this models.
So let's continuing looking for another model.
We have some difficulties here in Brazil, models are expensive 'cause they are imported, so some shops does not bougth then....or when they do that they ask a high price, of course.
But I am accepting sugestion for Barbarossa Campaign.
