hi all can anyone reccomemd a good alternative to testors dullcoat as i cannot aquire any in my local shops and have you any advice as how to use it thanks in advance

I mix Tamiya's flat base (x21) with Klear, in a ratio of 20%:80%. It works very well for me give it a try but on a scrap piece of plastic first.

I use Humbrol (enamel) or Vallejo Matt Varnish (the one with the white cap not the one specific for airbrushing that looks to me like the Tamiya flat base)...
