Here is a picture of a prototype vehicle for the Marine Corps motor transportation communitiy

Sure would make a cool looking kit.

I should have added that this vehicle has a pneumatic suspension. In this photo, the vehicle is lowered all the way down in its airlift/sealift configuration which minimizes vehicle height to 9 feet. During land operations, the suspension raises and provides the vehicle with 24" of ground clearance.

Here is the link to the article that picture was extracted from :

Its offroad capability looks to be close to non-existing, a UTV ? (urban Tactical Vehicle)

With the tires of a Bushmaster! Does anyone know if this has double wishbone independent suspension?

From the inward tilt of the rear tires it does seem to have IRS (Independant Rear Suspension). IRS vehicles that are overloaded or have weak/broken springs will inward tilt the tires this way, much more pronounced than solid rear axles.

I added some additional information to my original post. Sorry about the omission. I didn't anticipate that much interest.

Now we're talkin"
That is a great looking vehicle and thanks Frenchy for that suspension shot, very interested in those these days. This must be a smooth ride and it has more clearance than the first picture, I guess it was the camera angle?
Thanks for posting.

I can just imagine someone building this as a model and fitting one of those suspension hopping system you can buy to make it dance like the street machine models!!!!!!!!!!

Mind you would add a new dimension to your model to show a working suspension system!

Looks impressive!

I'm just thinking that the hood causes a large dead angle in front for the driver...

Yeah, anybody standing there when you're doing 30 is dead! It's actually a large dead angle in front for the pedestrian!
Definitely looks like a "Road Warrior" vehicle! I hope it's got AC.....
