I am looking for a raft in 1/35 scale to compliment some figures. I have several Dragon German sets the include rafts, could they be realistically substituted?
Also, does anyone produce a U.S. style raft? I don't recall seeing one that would be usable for the project, SEALs in Vietnam.
Thanks!

There was one included in Monogram's Underwater Demolition Team Boat, a 1/35th scale release from the late 1950's which was re-released briefly in the 90's. It was crude, so it may not be worth the bother tracking down. There may be resin items out there, but offhand I don't know of any. You could probably sculpt one from epoxy putty easily enough. I'd suggest one of the more "chewing gum" style brands, like Duro Knead-a-Tite or Tamiya, rather than the dough-like Milliputt. The floor could be thin styrene.

Thanks, I ,,may give that a try if I can find decent reference pictures. I have enough pictures for the outside but I do not think that I have anything for the floor.
