Helo All, I am looking for a list of tweaks or "things to look out for" on both the DML:
- M1A1 AIM
-M1A2 SEP
I am going to be building both kits and I thought it would be best to see if there are any issues. I am finding the instructions to be challenging in determining what "optional" pieces need to be used for which version of the M1A1 in particular.
And Yes, I have done searches, but there is almost too much information out on the web...finding building tips is nearly impossible, so any help to shorten my gathering of information is highly appreciated.

Go to: http://www.planetarmor.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2543&highlight=M1A1
for some info on correcting problems with the instructions for the A1. Pawel Vodnick had a nice page on his website with some good hints on the A2SEP kit. Can't find the link now, I'll try to track it down later.
Good luck,
John

Also have a look at http://vodnik.net/index_sep.htm for some info on accuracy on the SEP kit.

Ditto what has already been said.
Can't wait to see you slap them things up.
Will be watching these.
Good luck on both.
Plus Prime portal for the goody pics.

I suggest you use M1A2SEP instructions for most of your M1A1AIM build only using AIM kit instructions in areas were there are differences between variants. Unfortunately there was quite a lot of errors in AIM kit instructions, but most of them were corrected in SEP instructions.
