For those of you who remember my plans for the Omaha beach dio..... no go, i has the table, most of the figures ready, but it was just gonna cost way too much for what i wanted to do, i may still do one but it definetly wont be the WHOLE beach like i planned, i guess the whole beach was just to much, but i have some pics of my 1:35 academy blackhawk now, and of my vietnam dio i did a while ago, but im touching it up at the moment, dont think it looks "jungly" enough, but im in the process of making a dio of the liberation of baghdad, of the war that has only just come to a real hault for the fighting, its of a vehicle, cant say coz me mate might see, and i dont want to tell him what it is yet, but it will be stopped in front of one of those enormous posters of saddam, and a crewmen pointing to it, i had the idea some time ago, and im think its gonna be very unique, its the first actuall good idea ive had for a dio i think, but it will need a name, any suggestions? well, cheers, i still need to figure out how to put my pics in my posts

I'm also doing a Beach Invasion Scene... about 2 feet long, and 16 inches wide... I am using a set of Airfix Japanese MultiPose figures, augmented with some of the new Tamiya Japanese figures to show them defending a beach assault of American Marines (from the Custom Dioramics "Hit the Beach" series....) diembarking from landing craft...
Hate to see you aren't going through with it after all - I was planning on STEALING some of your better ideas!
