Hey guys/gals,
I just finished with a Tamiya Early Tiger I which came out pretty good, although the decals gave me fits even after I used Future.......
The Jagdpanther was a Italeria(sp) model I finished long ago, but just recently painted.. The crosses and numbers are painted on with stencils and I thought they turned out really good..
The pics are on the last of page 3 and page 4 of my album.. (sorry, I can't hot-link them)

Great building hworth18. I love the damage and wear to the track guards. the camo is cool also. I have yet to attempt a camo scheme so hopefully I could get it as good as this. I think the decals look perfect! the results on the bigger numbers has fooled the camera, which can be the hardest critic sometimes.
If i were to make one suggestion ......... my opinon only........ The rust in colour looks great.... but looks like it is sprayed on at the ends of each track guard. In other words looks a bit uniform. On the turret there are excellent streaks of rust from hatches etc. which are way more convincing. Just something I see ( and taking notes myself). A small nit pick that we all should be aware of!

No I just sprayed a thinned Red brown for the rust streaks which I think looks fairly convincing.. I would do a Dio with the Panther ausfD I did, but i am studying up on how to do it..
My next project is my FIRST U.S. tank, an M-18 Hellcat
Thanks for all the compliments, my modelling skills seem to be progressing with every one I build and I learn more and more from the mistakes of the previous ones..lol
