Bit short on animation and a bit on the 'tubby' side, but otherwise some great possibilities for conversions...

That's not a joke either - that is an actual limited edition Lego set designed by artist Zbigniew Libera. I saw one of the sets in a display at a Jewish museam in Europe.

From the perspective of the Holocaust, Libera's most provocative—and some might say most outrageous work—is Lego (1996), a seven-box limited edition of three LEGO sets of a concentration camp. Libera worked with the LEGO Corporation of Denmark to produce boxes which looked like "normal" LEGO systems. Inside were the bricks and other pieces to construct the concentration camp shown on the cover. The outer box looks like a normal LEGO box except in the upper left corner—instead of the "system number" is the inscription: "This work of Zbigniew Libera has been sponsored by LEGO."

I saw the article - thanks for the link. It's certainly thought-provoking...
Not sure about the Lego 'Bandits' though - in a sense it's easier to stomach the rationale behind the concentration camp than the Terrorists...

well, even with the context of first having seen the Auschwitz set in a Jewish museam, I was completely taken aback by it, whereas the Brickarms work is more of a snigger maker.
I was just pointing out that the extreme conclusion of Faust's train of thought had already been touched on.
Any thread hijacking was completely unintentinal....
But yeah, when you think about it, making terroists cute is probably not the best idea. Though not everyone with a shemag and a gun is a terrorist.
