Iīm engaged in a Iraki Freedom diorama, displaying a Bradley, and two Hummers in an urban environment, but I need some scenery, mainly advertisements or shops signs, and I would like to know if there is any commercial kit covering this subject.

For a lot of the Japanese electronic goods, you can just cut their ads out of magazines, and glue them to signs, coat with a flat finish, and weather. For signs in Arabic, I'll have to look through my pics later (it's 4:47 am right now) and see what I have. Of course, someone will find some on Google for you as well.

Stormovik,
Check out Verlinden's web sit in the super value section. They have stuff for WW II but can't remember if there is stuff for Iraq or not. If not just google a search for the stuff you need.
Hope this helps you out some.

Thanks to all. I know Mig Productions, in fact I bought its burned car and lampost to add some scenery to the dio, and I also made with plaster of Paris some Jersey barriers, but the problem is that itīs a little bit difficult to make a sign saying Grocery or Pharmacy or anything else if you donīt know arabic, with those horrible twisted letters. And having in mind that the dio is dated in 2003 I have to suppose that actual pics of Bagdad, for example, couldnīt be too acurate because when the war went off, Iraq has been under UN embargo for more than 10 years, so they couldnīt have available many goods that know are.

As promised:
The above pic also works for Matt's question: Do people in Iraq eat ice cream?
A lot of signage appears to be homemade:
As usual, there are many more. It just takes a REEAAALLY long time.

Of course, if you want to head into the "suburbs" then most shops simply say...shop.
The writing in white says Dukan, or "shop."
Some are a little more imaginative. I have no idea what this says...

Another "dukan."
Note how the letter "kaf" differs from the first one.
These are literally everywhere. I've got some of mud huts somewhere...

Thanks to all, the photos will be very useful. Itīs easy to get photos of vehicles in Irak or anywhere else, but those pics are centered, of course, in the vehicles, so usually you donīt get good details from the scenery.
