I've fallen and I can't get up!

Getting to the figures in my armor builds, and the details of the uniforms are DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!

Is there a shortcut for putting the two II collar marks on? I realize one of the PE manufacturers has some upgrades, but it would seem trying to cut out, then affix them would drive me CRAZIER!!!!
