LUCKY DOG!!!!!!!!!!! I Think with the M1's they're base coated in OD CARC paint then Re-Painted in Tan. So it does seem correct.

The interiors are not painted OD green, they are forest green (Tamiya's NATO Green) inside for a Desert Storm era HMMWV. Currently, HMMWVs have been coming factory painted in desert sand, including tan interior, tan plastic parts, tan canvas seats. An M1025 in use today could be either all tan inside and out or be an older, previously NATO camouflaged vehicle painted tan (with a green interior). The green interiors of closed top HMMWVs (like the M966, M997, M1025, M1026, M1036) were never repainted inside.

Just a warning, I hear the new Tamiya HMMWV comes with the old style tires. The new radial tires started to come in use in the 1991-92 time frame. A HMMWV with a tan interior would be a newer truck, post-1995 or so. So it would be unlikely for a factory tan truck to have old style tires.
